About
Two Shores Consulting exists to support people doing meaningful work and the systems that surround them.
Founded by a Licensed Master Social Worker with experience in clinical practice, supervision, and senior leadership across two continents, this work grew from witnessing how often care, dedication, and skill are met with unrealistic demands and insufficient support.
We partner with organizations to build clearer systems, healthier structures, and more sustainable ways of working. We also support social workers and helping professionals through mentorship and thoughtful guidance during moments of burnout, transition, or uncertainty.
At the heart of our work is a simple belief: caring for others should not come at the expense of your own wellbeing.
